Information you submit
The ad form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, ad title, category, location, description and any photos or video you choose to attach. Please provide only information needed to process the ad and upload media you own or have permission to use.
How submissions are used
Form details and attachments are emailed to contact@dwarkaconnect.com for review and processing. The email address you provide is used to send a receipt acknowledgment and to contact you about your request. Information in an approved ad may be published so visitors can respond to it; please make clear which contact details you intend to display publicly.
Service providers and external websites
The website and mailbox use Hostinger services, and the form uses Contact Form 7 on WordPress. Links to Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp and ticket platforms take you to other services with their own privacy policies. Opening a WhatsApp link connects you to our business contact.
Cookies and technical information
WordPress and hosting services may use cookies and technical logs to operate the website. Embedded or linked third-party services may have their own data practices. Advertising or analytics services added later will require this page to be updated to describe their data use and any applicable consent choices.
Your requests
To ask about a submission, request a correction, withdraw unpublished material or request deletion of information you provided, email contact@dwarkaconnect.com. Include enough information to identify the request without sending unnecessary sensitive documents. Some records may need to be retained for processing or applicable obligations.
